Nishtha Malaviya, a qualified Chartered Accountant, with experience spanning over 10 years has been associated with the Narayan Bhargava Group under varied capacities. She started her career with Reliance Retail’s Internal Audit team, and used that experience to join Universal Consultants (a part of the LEK Group) as a Management Consultant where she focused on helping companies build their strategy as well as improve operations.

CA Kushal Bhargava

Mr. Kushal Bhargava is the Director in Narayan Bhargava Group w.e.f 15.02.2013. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Mumbai and a Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. During the initial period in start of his career he was associated with one of the leading CA firm M/s. Aneja Associates and was a part of their Treasury Management practice, auditing the Treasury Management.

CA Nitin Salian

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 17 years post qualification specialization & experience in Risk Advisory Services, Operational cum Management Audits, certification of IFC, Transaction Audits (as per scope defined by IBC, 2016) in Manufacturing and Service varied Industries. He has executed responsibilities in senior positions in Audit services and brief span of time functioning in Industry - India and Outside India. He has been associated with reputed Corporate Groups- Tata Group, Godrej group, Aditya Birla group, Sesa-Goa group, Wadia group of Companies- to name a few reputed groups and serviced in over 40 plus companies for varied nature of services. He was associated with a leading CA firm for 13 years and has recently assumed responsibility in N S Bhargava & Co, Chartered Accountants spearheading as Head of Operations for 3 Verticals of Business related to BFSI sector- servicing audit related services to all major private & foreign banks and few leading NBFCs.

CA Narayan Bhargava

Mr. Narayan Bhargava is a strong figure in the Indian Outsourcing business world. He started NSB&CO in the year 1979 and presently; heads the advisory board in the company. An alumnus of the prestigious Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, Mr. Bhargava dared to become an entrepreneur long before choosing an unconventional path at times when it wasn’t a normal practice.

CA Sachhin Holmukhe

A hands on management consultant Mr. Sachin Holmukhe comes with focused specialisation in integrated Internal Audit. Working with numbers for the past decade and half he has gained valuable experience in internal audit of listed companies; from across verticals and geographies. He is a part of the advisory board at NSB & Co. He carries experience in building the entire auditing process; simplifying internal auditing procedures.

CA Madhvi Vora

To manage the business of the firm Ms Madhvi Vora was added to the firm in the year 2002. She brought in the required experience in the manufacturing sector and helped the firm in achieving newer heights. And the time came closer when the entity needed a young management team to bring in the new management style and work culture.
